Marinated Tomatoes

Description
A great snack or side with most any meal

Ingredients
  • • 3 large tomatoes, sliced
  • • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
  • • Mix all ingredients together in a shallow dish and let sit at room temperature for an hour or more to marinate
  • • Enjoy!
